Upon receiving your order, please place them in the refrigerator or freezer immediately to allow them to cool and rest from travel. Due to high demand, your order may take a few days before it is ready to ship. We are working diligently to assure all orders are processed in a timely manner. Orders will be shipped and processed according to the schedule in which they are received. We are not responsible for an incorrect or incomplete address. Please check to verify your address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please keep your tracking number on hand and contact FEDEX immediately if you do not receive your order.
Our shipping days are Monday thru Wednesday (not including Federally recognized holidays). Any orders placed during non-shipping days will be added to the following working week.
